Hollywood Beach Hotels is a family-run collection of 23 individually named hotels along the 1900 block of North Ocean Drive, all within a short walk of the sand. Buildings include Seagull (the Front Desk), Neptune, Casa Pellegrino, Blue Wave, Clevelander, Swan and more. You can see every building on our interactive Property Map, and our front desk will confirm your exact building when you book. Call 954-923-8020 and we will match you to the right building for your stay. ### Where do I check in? All check-ins happen at one place, whichever building you're staying in: the Seagull front desk, 1915 North Ocean Drive, Hollywood, FL 33019 — open 24 hours. Pick up your keys there, and the desk will point you to your building. Every building is within about half a mile of the front desk — most are within a few hundred feet. ### Can I park near my room? Yes. Parking is right on the property, in designated areas at our buildings, for a daily fee — no garage. Your parking permit is issued at check-in and is valid until 11am on your check-out date. ### Do the rooms have kitchens? Yes — every room, from our Studios to the Penthouse, has a kitchenette or full kitchen. ### What are the pool hours? There are five pools, open only to guests, from 9am to 9pm. After 9pm, please leave the pool and deck area. ### What time is check-out, and can I get a late check-out? Regular check-out time is 11am. Late check-out is available upon availability for a fee that varies by day of the week — ask the front desk when you arrive. ### How does housekeeping work? Housekeeping is only offered between 10am and 12pm. We refresh your room upon request — towels are exchanged, trash is removed, and the floor is swept and mopped. Fresh linens are available upon request at the front desk. ### Are pets allowed? Pets aren't allowed, and there's a $250 fee if one is brought onto the property. ### Can I smoke in my room? Our rooms are smoke-free, with a $250 fee for smoking inside a room. ### What is your cancellation and refund policy? Your rate is locked in when you book — all charges are final, and we don't offer refunds for early check-out or cancellations. ### Is Wi-Fi included? Yes — Wi-Fi is included with the hotel fee. The network name and password are provided at the front desk. ### Is breakfast included? Yes.
