Pools

There are five pools open only for our guest. The hours of operation are from 9am to 9pm. Guest will be asked to vacate the pool/deck area after hours of operation.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping is ONLY offered between 10am-12pm. We refresh your room upon request. Towels are exchanged, trash is removed, floor is swept & mopped. Fresh linens are available upon REQUEST ONLY AT FRONT DESK. The Housekeeping staff also does not wash dishes or cookware left dirty.

Check-in

One front desk serves every building.

Whichever of our hotels you are staying in, check in at the Seagull front desk, 1915 North Ocean Drive, Hollywood, FL 33019 — open 24 hours. You will receive your keys and your parking permit there, and the desk will direct you to your building.

Check-out

Planning your last morning? Here's how check-out and late check-out work.

REGULAR CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11AM. Late check-out options are upon availability: Monday to Thursday $35.00 plus tax until 2 pm, $55 plus tax until 4 pm; and Friday to Sunday $55 plus tax until 2 pm, $75 plus tax until 4pm. Guests who do not inform a front desk agent and do not check out by 3pm will be charged automatically for another night as they will be considered a stay over. Your card will be charged the current rate available online.

Parking

Guests are welcome to park in any of our designated areas of our properties for a fee. All permits are valid till 11am on check out date. Parking permits can be purchased upon check-in.

Parking is available on property for a daily fee — ask the front desk for the current rate when you check in, or call 954-923-8020.

Bicycle rentals

Bicycle rentals are available from 8am to 6pm. A $150.00 CASH deposit per bike is required. Rentals are limited; if they are not returned by 6 pm you are liable for it. If lost, the deposit is forfeited. Bikes can only be returned during the hours listed above.

Laundry

Laundry facilities are in select properties. The cost of one load is 16 quarters — one to wash and one to dry. Our office can exchange money for quarters to use at the machines.

Smoking

Our rooms are SMOKE-FREE and there is a smoking fee of $250.00 for smoking inside the room.

Pets

Pets are NOT allowed and there is a penalty of $250.00 for bringing pets onto the property.

Refunds

Our cancellation policy, stated plainly:

All charges are final and we do not offer any REFUNDS for early check-out or cancellations.

Ice & Vending

The ice and vending machines are located at the same location as the front desk. The hotel also has an office store that offers snacks and other food items, available 24/7 and located within the same area as the front desk.

Forgotten items

All personal items left in the room will be kept in the hotel storage for a maximum period of 10 days. After that time, if they have not been claimed, they will be donated or thrown in the trash.

Internet

We offer Wi-Fi and it is included with the hotel fee. The network name and password are provided at the front desk.
